We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
We offer a returns service for £10 +VAT / per month / per store. You will have a dedicated returns address for your business, and any items returned will be held at our warehouse and sent back to you via courier every quarter.
We print using state-of-the-art, digital print technology, known as DTG (direct to garment) printing. Order some samples using your designs here.
We ship all products using unbranded packaging. You may supply us with your own branded packaging is you wish.
All items are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. More info on our shipping can be found here.
Yes! You can store your products at our warehouse. When you receive an order, we'll package it up and ship directly to your customer by the next working day. For more info on our fulfilment service please contact us.
Print on demand drop-shipping is a sustainable production and fulfilment method which is used by many businesses globally to manufacture and ship products to order. This means that theres no need to invest in stock up front, and no need to worry about warehousing and shipping products. It's all taken care of by us so that you can focus on more important tasks.
It's completely free to sign up to The Merch Yard. We charge you as and when an item is printed and shipped by us, so you only pay when you sell.
You charge your customer the retail price set by you on your website. We charge you for the product, fulfilment, and shipping, as and when your items are sold. Whatever is left over after is your profit!

Print on demand is a far more sustainable method of production than traditional methods such as screen printing. Not only do we use eco-friendly water based inks, but we also offer zero minimum orders which means that you're not sitting on lots of stock which may end up not selling, and ultimately in land fill.
